About the Journal

The International Journal of Islamic Law and Society (IJILS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Academic Publishing in Humanities and Islam (APHI) Indonesia. The journal is dedicated to advancing high-quality scholarly research and fostering critical discourse on Islamic law in its classical and contemporary dimensions.

IJILS is published biannually, with two issues released each year:
